December 20, 2024, 7:00 PM–8:00 PM Academy Brass Quintet at Emanuel Lutheran Church Arts and Culture, Church Event, Holiday Location: Emanuel Lutheran Church, 810 Scott St, Napoleon, OH 43545 Emanuel’s concert series is excited to present the Academy Brass Quintet on December 20th at 7pm! Anyone interested can purchase pre-sale tickets for $10 at Emanuel or via the QR code. Tickets at the door will be available for $15! Please join us for this fun, festive Christmas concert! The Academy Brass Quintet (ABQ) is a professional brass quintet comprised of musicians from the greater Toledo area. ABQ was formed in June of 1994 with the expectation of performing throughout Northwest Ohio, and to offer an annual concert series for the public. Since its inception, the ABQ has thrilled audiences at Maumee Bay State Park, The Toledo Museum of Art, the Metroparks, and numerous concert halls. We have been a featured ensemble on the WGTE FM 91.3 Thursday Evening Concert Series. In addition, the Group has been engaged to provide music for hundreds of weddings. ABQ performs a variety of music from Baroque and Classical to Jazz, Pop, Big Band and 20th Century and is available for weddings, dinner/reception music, church services, parties, special occasions, private lessons and clinics.

December 18, 2024, 7:00 PM– Toledo Symphony Orchestra Christmas Concert at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Napoleon Twp Arts and Culture, Community, Holiday, Information Location: St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Napoleon Township; 16976 County Road Q1, Napoleon OH Join us at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church (16976 County Road Q1, Napoleon) on Wednesday, December 18 at 7:00 p.m. (note earlier time than previous years) for a special night of Christmas music performed by the Toledo Symphony Orchestra. Ticket prices are: You may purchase your tickets in the church office between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday starting on Friday, November 15 (closed Nov. 28 & 29). You may also call the church office at 419-758-3522 to make a reservation and then pay for your ticket(s) the night of the concert. Payment can be made by cash or check. Sorry, but we are unable to accept credit cards. Doors will open at 6:15 p.m. and seats are available on a first come, first serve basis.

This is important to our shelter as we receive no county or state funding. Players and volunteers are always welcome!
