Art Show Opening Reception

Soaring Arts Studios is so excited to announce that we will be having the opening of a brand new collaborative exhibit @ St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Holgate! The exhibit will open on Thursday, March 6th with a reception at the church from 5:30-7:00. It will then remain on display through the month of April!
The exhibit theme “Made New,” came from one of our (“out of the box”) projects this year! For this project, Artists from Soaring Arts and Studio Express repurposed and reimagined the use of old and broken crayons in new ways. The result was a fresh sense of creativity and a lot of beautiful art…(all from what many of us would have just tossed!)
We feel that the theme “Made New” is also very symbolic to the season of Easter, as it’s also a time to celebrate resurrection and new life! So, we’d love to have you join us on the first Thursday of Lent, as we display how art, too, can represent the concept of being “Made New!” And the art is phenomenal; you won’t want to miss it!
Several Artists will be present this night to show you around, and there will be light refreshments served as well! We can’t wait to see you!
The exhibit will be available for viewing on Sundays and during Office Hours through Easter. Thank you to each of the artists who are sharing their gifts.
